LitePad™ is a slim profile light source that generates a soft even beam of light and almost no heat. Its small form factor and light weight make the Rosco LitePad™ perfect for use in many places where a larger, typical luminaire could not fit. Drawing just a few watts of power, LitePad is simple, fast and economical to use in film and television, theatre and live entertainment, and retail and event lighting.

LitePad HO+

The current LitePad HO is discontinued and being replaced by LitePad HO+.There are two key difference between LitePad HO and LitePad HO+. The first is the inside connector. There is no wire exiting the LitePad, only an connector located inside the LitePad. A transformer or extension cable can be plugged directly into the LitePad.

The second difference can be found in the smaller sizes. LitePad HO + 3”x6”, 3”x12”, 6”x6”, 6”x12” now all have LEDs on ALL for sides. A 6”x6” LitePad HO only had LEDs on 2 sides.Now, with LitePad HO+, the 6”x6” has LEDs on all four sides - double the pervious amount. This will increase the brightness of all smaller units.

LitePad HO+ is also now available in a Tungsten version. All sizes of LitePad HO+ are now available in both Daylight (5800ºK) and Tungsten (3800ºK). Please see attached PDF for Stock IDs and pricing

LitePad Axiom

LitePad Axiom is a whole new class of LitePad. Designed specifically for the Film and TV market, this more rugged and versatile LitePad solves almost all end user complaints or suggestions. To put it simply, LitePad Axiom is a LitePad HO+ in a metal housing - which means that LitePad Axiom has LEDs on all four sides and the inside connector. This slim profile metal housing allows for a more durable LitePad that is perfect for both personal ownership and rental situations. The housing also enable users to quickly and easily mount the LitePad using one of the new Axiom brackets or by conventional LitePad mounting methods (Velcro, Rubber Bands for the smaller sizes, etc.)

The LitePad Axiom housing has a gel slot for color correction or other filters and is deep enough to hold more than one filter.

On the back of the unit, there is a universal LitePad mounting system. This means that different Axiom brackets can be slid into the universal LitePad mounting system for various applications. For example, a 1/4-20 bracket could slide on for use with one of the new accessories or a Baby pin could be used for attachment to a C-Stand. The new Axiom brackets will work on any size LitePad Axiom.

LitePad Axiom will be available in the following sizes: 3”x6”, 3”x12”, 6”x6”, 6”x12”, 12”x12”, and 24”x24”. Please note that the circle sizes will not be available as LitePad Axiom. As with LitePad HO+, all LitePad Axiom units will be available in both daylight and tungsten. See attached PDF for pricing. LitePad Axiom is meant to be a stand alone unit. The housing was not designed for the LitePad to come out nor be taken apart. However, an LitePad Axiom conversion kits will be sold so that customers can put their current LitePads in the housing.
