Lighting Up Workshops Across Europe

LCA are proud to be supporting a number of the Cineo Lighting and LiteGear resellers across Europe with a series of workshops and open houses. Each event planned will give local Directors of Photography, lighting directors and gaffers the opportunity to get ‘hands on’ with the range of kit from both manufacturers.

Helsinki, Finland – 23rd November

MediaTrade in Helsinki will be opening their doors on Wednesday 23rd November to present a wide range of kit visitors can get hands on with, including lights, cameras, lenses and grip from manufacturers such as Cineo, LiteGear, RatPac, RED, Arri, Atomos, Zeiss, Teradek and much more.

Madrid, Spain – 30th November

Moncada y Lorenzo are staging this one day event, ‘New Lighting Technologies for DOPs in XXI Century’, and will have a number of workshops on during the day as well as hands on sessions for lighting professionals to see how Cineo and LiteGear products and the rest of the brands, can help to improve the creativity of the DOP thanks to their sizes, shapes and lightness. There will be three set ups showing the lighting kit in various ‘real life’ set situations including lighting people and lighting the inside of vehicles. Renowned cinematographer, Adam Suschitzky BSC, will be one of the speakers at this event and has been shooting features, television, dramas and commercials for the last 19 years. Adam comes from a long line of cinematographers – both his father and grandfather have made many movies

Stockholm, Sweden – 7-8th December

This two day event organised by MediaTeknik is being held at Studio 3, Filmhuset with three different stages set up and equipped with a range of products including the Cineo HSX, HS2 Wave and Maverick as well as the LiteGear LiteMats and LiteTile. There will be other products available to get hands on with, including those from K5600, DoPchoice and LitePanels. The staged step will give all those attending the opportunity to see how the lighting kit can work for them in various situations.
